Q: What exactly am I purchasing?

A: You are purchasing a Course Access Code, which grants access for one person to one of our eLearning courses.

Q: How do I use a Course Access Code?

A: Once you create a free learning account on our training website, use this code where you see the button called Enter Access Code in your Dashboard area.

Q: Can I buy a course for someone else, like someone in my team?

A: Certainly, we sell access codes for our courses so that you may buy multiple "seats" and distribute them to your colleagues and clients.

Q: Can I use a credit card to pay for a course?

A: Yes, our payment gateway provider accepts all major credit and debit bank cards. Contact us if you'd like to arrange a manual invoice and payment.

Q: Can I do the training on a mobile or tablet device?

A: Yes, our digital content is designed to be mobile responsive. However, we still insist that for the best learning environment our courses are best viewed on a larger screen.

Q: How does Fantom Factory training compare with SkySpark Essentials?

A: Our custom SkySpark training is more modular, and designed to educate brand-new SkySpark users from the very beginning with no pre-requisites. Each Fantom Factory course syllabus is designed with a different SkySpark user role in mind, and all in a completely digital format for true self-paced learning.

Q: What exactly is the difference between eLearning and online training?

A: Online training refers to any training method which is broadcast over the internet, including webinars and presentations. Our eLearning is completely digital and is designed for the individual, with personalised feedback and assessments.
