Innovation Excellence Awards Finalist for Customer Experience!

The Innovation Excellence Awards hosted by the Stationers Company (in London) are designed to recognise Innovation, Creativity and Excellence in the Communications and Content Industries.

"Through its Innovation Excellence Awards, the Stationers’ Company recognises the key role the Communications and Content industries play in the UK economy, highlights outstanding innovation in the sector and offers the opportunity to share best practice."

Fantom Factory is very pleased to be a finalist for Innovation in Customer Experience.

In fact, we've been invited to the awards event at the prestigious Stationers' Hall in London on Tuesday 13th September where we will meet up and have lunch with all the other amazing finalists.

Not only are we looking forward to seeing St Paul's Cathedral (again) but our remote team will all get together to exhibit at the event and enjoy our annual team meet up.

As a digital company, we promote flexible working from any location across the UK (and Europe) but we also like to see each other in person now and again!

What did we do then?

Well, basically we created a next-generation eLearning experience like no other. Our elearning courses are especially designed to make advanced technologies more humanised and easy to understand.

eLearning excellence

Our amazing team works very hard to consider all aspects of this learning journey - from finding the initial course information, to enrolment, the education experience, and even the aftercare and support.

We're pleased that the efforts and care of all our team is being recognised and proves that Fantom Factory is truly leading the way with digital innovation.

Read more about our next-generation eLearning platform or view our amazing software portfolio on our website.

Or better still, talk to us if you have any questions or just want to introduce yourself!

Keep those fingers crossed everyone!
