Space Academy 2023

We're working with Cardiff High School and Cardiff University this year to help deliver the Space Academy!

The Space Academy is a week long education program to help 11 and 12 year olds to learn more about global efforts underway for space travel and the planned colonisation of Mars. This is a scheme targeting children from less fortunate environments across Cardiff and Wales to help inspire them with potential STEM based futures.

STEM = Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics

Anyone embarking on a trip through space and perhaps setting up a new life on Mars will rely on technology. The very same technology currently used in many Smart Building systems to control living environments and automated operations!

In fact our commercial eLearning courses cover a range of STEM skills, such as programming, maths, and engineering.

It just so happens that we've also produced an eLearning course on this very subject! As official Ambassadors for the Mars Society, we have published our own digital education for the global community - absolutely free.

Destination Mars!

Destination Mars

As a charitable contribution to the Space Academy 2023 program we plan to provide a version of Destination Mars! just for this event.

Who knows? Maybe next year we'll have some even bigger and better ideas too!

Talk with us anytime if you're interested in our STEM or MARS education plans.

Let's talk!
